Educational Qualification for SAC Apprentice Recruitment 2026:
Trade Apprentice:
- 10th and ITI (NTC/STC) in the relevant trade.
- Relevant Trade: COPA, Painter (General), Draughtsman Mechanical, Machinist, Fitter, Attendant Operator Chemical Plant (AOCP), Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electronics Mechanic.
Technician (Diploma) Apprentice:
- Diploma in Engineering / Technology in the relevant discipline with ist class by recognized State Board of Technical Education.
- Relevant Discipline: Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering.
Graduate Apprentice:
- B.Arch./ B.Com/ B.Lib / B.E. / B.Tech. or equivalent qualification in the relevant discipline with an aggregate minimum of 60% marks as declared by Government recognized Institute / Board / University.
- Relevant Discipline: Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Library and Information Science, Library Science.
Stipend:
The stipend details for the Trade, Technician and Graduate Apprentice posts are as follows:
- Trade Apprentice (COPA): Rs. 10,560 per month
- Trade Apprentice (Other Trades): Rs. 11,040 per month
- Technician Apprentice: Rs. 10,900 per month
- Graduate Apprentice: Rs. 12,300 per month
Age Limit:
- Trade Apprentice: 18 to 35 Years
- Technician & Graduate Apprentice: 18 to 28 Years
- Age Limit is calculated as on the date of joining
Age Relaxation:
